Optimum Life Smartphone Raffle Promo (“Promo”)

Organizer: Optimum Life Merchandising (“Organizer”)
Promo Period: August 25, 2025 (12:00 AM) to September 26, 2025 (11:59 PM), Philippine time (UTC+8).
Raffle Draw: September 27, 2025 (Saturday) at 4:00 PM (UTC+8).
Venue/Mode of Draw: Electronic drawing via RandomPicker.com, streamed live or video-recorded and posted on the Optimum Life Facebook Page.

1) Eligibility

Open to all aged 18 and above with a valid Philippine address, mobile number, and email.

By participating, entrants represent that all information submitted is true, correct, and complete.

2) Prizes

Three (3) Smartphones – two (2) Xiaomi Redmi 13C and one (1) Realme C63.

Prizes are not convertible to cash and not transferable. In case of supply issues, the Organizer may substitute with equal or higher SRP.

Any other costs (e.g., SIM, plan, accessories) are for the winner’s account.

3) How to Join & Ticketing

Participants must register through the official online raffle registration form and provide full name, mobile number, email address, and delivery/claiming address.

The form generates a unique ticket number per paid ticket.

Ticket price is ₱60 per ticket. Participants may buy unlimited tickets.

Payment methods: e-Wallet or online banking app via InstaPay only.

Before submitting the form, participants must enter the payment reference number and upload a clear screenshot/photo of the payment receipt.

Validation:

Payment amount must exactly match the number of tickets selected (₱60 × quantity).

Payment timestamp (bank/e-wallet) must fall within the Promo Period. Pending/failed/reversed/chargeback transactions are invalid.

Entries with illegible, edited, or unverifiable receipts, mismatched amounts, or duplicate reference numbers may be voided.

After successful submission, the participant will receive an email confirmation listing their registration details and ticket numbers. Keep this email.

No refunds after confirmation, except if the Promo is canceled or denied permit; in such case, the Organizer will process refunds to the original payment method within a reasonable period.

4) Raffle Draw & Winning Limits

The draw will be conducted on RandomPicker.com, using a randomized, electronic selection of valid ticket numbers.

The Organizer may advance the draw date if a total of 1,000 validated tickets are sold before September 27, 2025; in such case, the new date will be announced on the official Facebook page at least three (3) calendar days in advance, and ticket submission will close at 11:59 PM of the day before the new draw. 

If the threshold is not reached by September 27, 2025, the Organizer may extend the ticket submission period and move the draw to a later date until the 1,000-ticket target is met.

All previously validated tickets remain valid for any rescheduled draw. Participants who do not agree with the rescheduling may request a refund of the affected ticket(s) to the original payment method within a reasonable period.

The draw will be witnessed/verified as required and streamed live or recorded and then posted on the FB page.

One ticket number can win only once. If a ticket is drawn more than once, the first draw is honored, and subsequent draws are re-drawn.

The Organizer reserves the right to pause, reschedule, or repeat the draw in case of system errors, streaming failures, or force majeure.

5) Winner Announcement & Notification (Procedure)

During the live/posted draw: The host will announce winner’s name (or partial name for privacy) and the winning ticket number.

Within 24 hours after the draw, an official winners’ list (name or partial name + winning ticket number) will be posted on the Optimum Life FB page and/or website (if any).

The Organizer will contact each winner via SMS/phone call and email using the details provided. At least three (3) contact attempts will be made over seven (7) calendar days.

If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within 60 days from the first notification attempt, the prize will be forfeited in favor of the Organizer.

6) Claiming of Prizes

Winners must present:

  • A valid government-issued ID matching the registered name;
  • The email confirmation showing ticket numbers; and
  • The original receipt/screenshot of the payment used.

Claiming will be at the Organizer’s office on a scheduled date/time or via courier delivery to the winner’s Philippine address, at the Organizer’s discretion.

If a representative will claim, they must present a Signed Authorization Letter or Special Power of Attorney, winner’s valid ID (photocopy), and representative’s valid ID.

Prizes must be claimed within 60 days from first notification. Unclaimed prizes after 60 days will be forfeited.

7) Data Privacy & Publicity

The Organizer collects and processes personal information solely for Promo administration (entry validation, drawing, notification, prize fulfillment) in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).

By joining, participants consent to the collection and processing of their data for the above purposes and to reasonable retention for up to one (1) year after Promo closure (or longer if required by law/audit).

Participants may exercise their data subject rights (access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent) by emailing care@myoptimumlife.com.

Winners agree that the Organizer may publish their name (full or partial), city, photo, and/or testimonial on Organizer channels, without further compensation.

8) Fraud, Tampering, & Disqualification

The Organizer may disqualify any participant suspected of tampering, multiple account abuse, receipt manipulation, automated form submissions/bots, or other fraudulent acts.

Tickets found to be duplicated, unpaid, charge-backed, or tied to invalid receipt data will be void.

The Organizer’s validation records are final and binding, subject to DTI confirmation/oversight.

9) Changes, Cancellation, & Force Majeure

Any changes to mechanics, schedule, or prizes require prior Organizer approval and will be announced on the FB page.

The Organizer may suspend or cancel the Promo due to events beyond its control (e.g., calamities, platform outages).

If canceled before the draw, validated ticket payments will be refunded to the original payment method within a reasonable period.

10) Liability

Except as expressly stated, the Organizer makes no warranties regarding prize performance after release to winner (any manufacturer warranty, if applicable, will apply).

The Organizer is not liable for: lost/delayed communications; participant’s wrong or inactive contact details; platform downtimes; courier delays; or expenses beyond the stated prize.

Facebook and RandomPicker are not sponsors, endorsers, or administrators of this Promo.

12) Acceptance of Terms

Participation in the Promo constitutes the participant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Terms & Conditions, the Organizer’s decisions on validation and awarding.
